Boyette Homeowner's Meeting
The Boyette Springs Homeowner's Association General Meeting will be held Monday, November 4, at 7:30 p.m. at Tampa Bay Academy. All homeowners are invited. "We will be discussing the various topics," explains board member Gina Miles. "including voting requirements for the upcoming Board of Directors election in December."


Brandon Chamber Golf Tournament
Although the 7th Annual Flooring America Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament hosted at River Hills was played around several rain storms, the 130 players enjoyed the day.

The event included lunch, dinner, raffle, silent auction, Hole in One contests and more.

The First Place Gross Team from Exit Realty included Jim Barron, John Williams, Trey Newton and Steve Moran. The First Place Net Team from First Union included Brian Fey, Mark Longenecker and Steve Lenoir. The First Place Ladies Team, the Good Ole Girls included Angie Garrett, Arlene Waldron, Diane Keebler, and Mary Cain.



Cutie Beauty Full Service Salon
The focus of the newly opened Cutie Beauty Salon in the new Albertson's Plaza on Bloomingdale Ave. is sanitation. In fact, every new customer that comes in for nails or pedicure treatments receives their own set of clippers, nail files and brushes that is kept in personalized containers for them until their next visit.

"We are very concerned with sanitation," says owner Kathy who moved from San Diego where she has worked for 15 years as a nail and hair technician. In addition to nails, the salon offers full service hair cuts, color, facial and waxing.
Haircuts start at $12 and kids cuts are just $7. Aquage, Matrix and Farouk Systems Silk Therapy are just a few of the top lines of hair care products available. In addition to Kathy, a strong team including Delores specializing in ethnic hair, Chris specializing in full service hair color and hair cuts and Sy specializing in men and boys hair cuts.

Music Showcase Education Center
Music Showcase is proud to announce the new location of its Music Education Center moving this December to the store's Oakfield Dr. location. Valrico Brandon Medical Group, Inc. Celebrates Grand Opening
The Valrico Brandon Medical Group celebrated its new office Grand Opening and ribbon cutting with a health fair. The community was invited for free Blood Pressure Checks, finger printing, and displays by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. Sponsors of the event included Kazbor's Grill, Subway, Tampa Bay Vending and Alterra Clare Bridge

My Gym Is now Open
My Gym is now open! Despite a couple month's delay in opening, My Gym is now open and registering for classes. Parents may bring children in for a free trial class and can use the coupon in the My Gym ad in this paper to receive $25 off the $50 lifetime registration fee. Once signed up for an eight week, age appropriate session, parents can choose a class time from schedules provided. Once decided, children will attend the designated class time once per week. An additional perk are the three Free Play times per week when any registered student can come and play in the facility. With the one scheduled class and the three Free Play Times per week, My Gym is a convenient choice for many children. Prices for one eight-week session are $105 or $110. Parent participation classes range from 3 months -3 1/2 years old. Independent classes range from 3 1/2-9 years old.

Lunch With Santa At Center Place
Christmas is only weeks away and Center Place is planning for its annual Christmas line up. Stages Production will present "Lighting of the Christmas Tree" on Wednesday, December 4, at 7:30 p.m. There are no tickets required. And make sure to mark your calendar for "LUNCH WITH SANTA" on Saturday, December 7, at 11 a.m. Tickets for this popular event go on sale Friday, November 1. Engagement
Bill and Becky Manuel of Haines City, FL and Pete and Sherry Waraksa of Lithia, FL announce the engagement of their children Elizabeth Ann Manuel and Bryan Peter Waraksa. Bryan and Elizabeth both recently graduated from Florida Southern College with degrees in Business Administration. Bryan owns and operates High Maintenance Landscape and Lawncare locally and Elizabeth works for Ed & Nancy Akers of Florida Executive Realty. After nearly two and a half years of dating they were engaged on July 27th and are planning a March 1st, 2003 wedding in Haines City.
