Akers Tops Sales At FishHawk Ranch

Nancy Akers of Signature Realty Associates in Valrico emerged as the best-selling Realtor for the first three months of 2005 at FishHawk Ranch.

Akers sold seven new homes worth $1.7 million, says Pam Parisi, FishHawk Ranch's marketing manager. Akers is heavily involved in the community's sales program and was a member of its Realtor Advisory Board. She sold homes mostly in the Garden District, a neo-traditional neighborhood with singe-family and estate homes, townhomes and condominiums built around a town center composed of shops, restaurants and service-oriented businesses.

Builders sold 163 homes worth more than $43 million is FishHawk Ranch in the first quarter of this year. The average price of a new home was $267,209, including homesite, which represents a 7.5 percent increase since last year, reports Parisi.

For details about FishHawk Ranch, call 685-7500 or visit www.fishhawkranch.com. Akers can be reached at 643-8058.
