The second phase of the Lithia Oaks Business Center, located at the intersection of Lithia Pinecrest and Bryan roads, is open and new tenants offering services including swimming pool design and legal assistance are already settling in enjoying the plaza's convenient location.

Long-time Valrico resident Monica Frost recently opened the doors of The Law Office of Monica A. Frost, P.A., a general law practice, in the plaza and is now offering legal representation in probate and estate planning, family law and criminal defense for misdemeanors and traffic violations.
Frost, who has been a lawyer since 1993, worked as a state prosecutor for seven-and-a-half years in Hillsborough and Polk counties and is looking forward to being able to offer residents from her community one-on-one service.

Tampa Bay Pools
The family-owned pool construction business Tampa Bay Pools also calls the new Lithia Oaks Business Center home. Valrico residents and brothers Dan and Ken McKenna and their father Ken Sr. recently moved the business to the plaza for its convenient location and space for growth.
Tampa Bay Pools, started by Ken Sr. four years ago, offers custom design and construction for in-ground concrete pools. The family has more than 18 years of experience in the swimming pool industry.
"We handle everything from the decking and enclosure to the actual pool," says Ken.
Although sales consultants meet with customers out in the field for initial consultations, the new offices provide room for a design studio and color room giving customers a place to look at samples for tiles and designs.
"We are always striving to improve the experience our customers receive and these new offices help us do that," says Dan.
Tampa Bay Pools was voted best pool company in Brandon in 2005 by local residents and also is rated one of the top 50 pool builders by Pool and Spa News. "In our first year we built 175 pools and more than 300 last year," says Ken. "We look forward to growing with the community."
