Do It All With Dynamic Painting

Whether you are remodeling or just need a fresh look, Dynamic Painting, a newly established business in the area, can help with all of your interior and exterior painting needs.

Owned by Robert Silver and Darien Brown, the company known as "Your One Stop Paint Shop," offers a variety of services including drywall repair, texturing, pressure washing, caulking, screen repair, carpentry and of course, painting with only top-of-the-line products.

Silver is a second generation painter with more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of the industry. He started in the family business, owned his own business in Virginia Beach before relocating to Florida and also has worked for a few large painting companies in Florida.

"The construction business and painting have always been a passion of mine," Silver says, adding that his brother owns a painting company in New Hampshire and his dad is still painting today.

Brown, owner of Mr. Handyman, Dynamic Painting's sister company, has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. A licensed general contractor, he handles the repair side of business such as stucco and sheetrock repair, prior to painting.

"It is important for people's protection to make sure they have a licensed contractor who is bonded and insured handle any household or business repairs," Brown stresses.

Brown and Silver, previously colleagues, decided that the combination of their experience, talent and reputation would make a great company and thus formed Dynamic Painting. Their intuition seems to be paying off as while in business for only six months, it earned the Best of Brandon designation, something the pair is very proud of. "We are building up quite a clientele, heading in the right direction," comments Silver.

Part of the reason for the company's success, according to Silver, is customer service. He says that they try to return phone calls within an hour, deliver quotes the same day in most occasions and keep open the lines of communication with the customer. Additionally, all employees arrive at the job site in lettered trucks and shirts with logos.

Another important part of the company's philosophy is giving back to the community. While members of the Greater Brandon and Riverview chambers of commerce and the FishHawk Area Networking Group, Silver also is involved with the Brandon Foundation, currently painting a home for a local woman with cancer, and the Masonic lodges.

No job is too big or too small for Dynamic Painting. Several brands of paints and hundreds of colors are available. Warranties are for five or more years and military and senior citizen discounts are also offered.

Dynamic Painting services from Land O' Lakes to Wimauma and from Westchase to Plant City. For more information, call 689-9333 or 388-3121.

Coopie Now at Walgreens

Longtime readers of the Osprey Observer may be familiar with the Coopie dessert which appeared on these pages during its appearance at the Florida State Fair the past two years. Now, the Coopie dessert, part cookie and part pie, is available at 30 area Walgreens.

Created by local resident, Tony Lambele, the Coopie started selling in five Tampa Walgreens at the front counter in May and hopes are to have it in all 600 Walgreens in the near future.

Lambele says, "The feedback we continue to get is all positive. We have worked hard on packaging, promotion, labeling and making the product as delectable on the shelf as it was at the State Fair and other outlets where it was available including Tropicana Field."

The Coopie now is in the process of building its own warehouse, its own bakers, and the team effort that started with a single Coopie as a test is now on track for the big time at Walgreens and several other retailers.

For further information, contact Lambele at 546-4966 or Dick Dailey at 727-896-4477. Lambele is available at Big Top Flea Market, where he works as day manager, on weekends for comments and Coopie samples.

Get In Shape At Boot Camp

If you are looking to reduce body fat, lose weight, increase strength and improve endurance, The Xtreme Boot Camp may be just what you need. Certified personal trainers Bob Clark and John Farina say the program is intended to bring people together to have fun while getting into shape. The four-week outdoor program to be held in Brandon, Riverview and FishHawk will offer fitness instruction, personal training, motivational exercises and nutritional tips and ideas in a group setting. Clark promises it will be filled with excitement and power activities geared toward helping each individual reach his or her goals.

"It doesn't matter what your size or fitness level is now," states Clark, who has more than eight years of personal and group training experience. Previously, he launched the Xtreme Boot Camp in Dallas, Tx.

"I love to help people, and I wanted to come up with something that everyone could afford and would still see the same results, if not better. I started an outside boot camp (The Xtreme Boot Camp). This has been a very successful and rewarding journey," he says. "The Dallas boot camp is still running successfully and I am currently running several boot camps in the Tampa area with my partner John Farina."

Farina is a Certified Personal Trainer with 16 years of sports and fitness experience. In addition, he has several years of retail management and youth coaching experience.

"Helping people achieve their goals has become a way of life, not just a job. Sculpting smiles on their face through the art of personal training gives me no greater joy," says Farina. "We have revolutionized fitness, this is goal oriented personal training in a group atmosphere." The Xtreme Boot Camp is open to anyone age 15 years or older. Training will take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at a time to be determined.  Participants should expect to participate in calisthenics, stair climbing, military exercise drills, free weight training and more.

Clark adds that in addition to all of the obvious benefits of attaining a healthy body, the program can also help people improve their sleep and gain self confidence.

For more information, call Bob Clark 770-7010 or email info@thextremebootcamp.com or visit www.thextremebootcamp.com.
