Ruby Tuesday Unveils New Look

If you have not been to Ruby Tuesday lately, stop by and check out the restaurant's new design and décor. The changes locally are part of one of the largest and fastest nationwide remodeling programs (600 restaurants at a cost of $75 million) ever attempted.

The new look consists of rich colors emanating sophistication and giving the restaurant a more contemporary feel. The redesign means no more collectibles and memorabilia adorning the walls. And, it all happened overnight without the restaurant ever having to close during normal business hours. The cost is approximately $100,000 per restaurant.
