Ken and Tammy Morningstar started Morningstar Electric in 2006 by combining a background in electricity for Ken and a career in management for Tammy. By combining these skills, the couple opened Morningstar Electric.
Morningstar offers services from minor repairs to complete rewiring which starts at just $49. Once a customer calls Morningstar, they can guarantee that the technicians will show up on time, in uniform, ready to serve and communicate with the customer throughout the entire service. “Our guarantee to you is that if you are not completely satisfied with the service experience you receive from our company, we will rush back to your location at no charge to make things right,” said the owners.
Tammy and Ken really value themselves on treating their customers with respect. Customers can be assured that they are being told the truth about what options they may have. The Morningstars have an immense passion for what they do, making their business one to “bank” on. “We believe in being completely honest with our customers and will advise them of more cost effective alternatives when possible. Our customer’s complete satisfaction is of utmost importance to us,” tell the owners.
