Karen Carothers helped pack up the Fishhawk Ranch Welcome Center at Park Square which moved to the newly-constructed FishHawk Ranch Tennis Club.

FishHawk Ranch’s Community Information Center is on the move again, relocating in late March  from its former position in Park Square to the newly-constructed FishHawk Ranch Tennis Club in Starling.
The move is part of the norm for the staff at the information center. As the community has grown and expanded, the information center has moved to stay in the center of where most of the new building is taking place. In 2005, when building heated up in the Garden District, the center relocated from the Osprey Club to Park Square.
This move is taking place to support the building activity in Starling; however, the center will feature community-wide information about all the builders currently active in all of FishHawk Ranch, including Chapman Crossing, the Garden District, Egret Landing, FishHawk Ridge, Kinglet Ridge and Tern Wood.
Homes prices in Starling start in the $180s and builders include Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Beazer Homes, Cardel Homes, Centex, David Weekley Homes, Homes by WestBay and Ryland Homes.
Cardel Sales Manager Linda DeGagne is glad to see the information center closer to her model home.
“It’s definitely a plus for me that potential homebuyers visiting the information center will be closer to my model now,” said DeGagne, also a longtime resident of FishHawk.
In addition to the information center, the Tennis Club will encompass a leisure area with two televisions (one tuned to the Tennis Channel and the other sharing community information) where residents can enjoy a refreshing beverage or snack and a Pro Shop that will be managed by Andrea Shutte.
“Being located in our newest amenity will be a great way for our guests to see one more of the many things to come with living in FishHawk Ranch,” said Marketing Manager for FishHawk Ranch Dawn Turner.
The center’s hours are Monday-Saturday, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday, from 12 Noon-6 p.m.
