Sleeping bag distribution to the homeless in downtown Tampa will take place on Sunday, December 18. Distribution of the sleeping bags will occur a few days prior to that. If you are interested in volunteering, please mark the new dates on your calendar. They will need help to preparing the bags for distribution on Wednesday, December 14 and again on Sunday, December 18 to get them out the door. They also need help getting bags to soup kitchens that do not have trucks; we may not be able to get bags out to as many locations this year due to our donations are down and bags went up $2 per bag.  Currently they are at 550 bags.
