Park Square Cellar invites residents to its Seventh Annual Spring Wine Fest to be held on Saturday and Sunday, March 10 and 11.

Park Square Cellar (Bistro, Bar & Wine Boutique), which recently won Greater Brandon Chamber’s 2011 Best Small Business of the Year Award, will host its Seventh Annual Spring Wine Fest on Saturday, March 10, from 1-5 p.m. and Sunday, March 11, from 1-4 p.m. The Wine Fest is a free event open to the community. The event will take place outside on the bistro patio and in their breezeway area.

Park Square Cellar hosted its first Wine Fest in the spring of 2006.  “We expect more than 600 people to attend this wine fest. Patrons as far as North Tampa, Sarasota and Orlando drive to FishHawk Ranch for this special event. We will showcase more than 100 wines from around the world plus present food samples from our bistro. This is a great way for patrons to try new wines and sample some of our food before purchasing,” said Mary Sarkisian, proprietor.

Park Square Cellar will sell commemorative wine glasses during the event for $15 a piece or two for $25. Alternatively, customers may bring a wine glass from home especially if they bought a souvenir glass from a previous fest. Cellar T-shirts will also be sold for $15 a piece.

During the Wine Fest, Park Square Cellar is offering a special discount of 15 percent off six bottles or more. Cellar Wine/Beer/Bistro Club Members receive an extra five percent off for a total of 20 percent off their total purchases. “We currently have more than 430 families in our Cellar Club Program. There is no fee to join. We will have club brochures on hand for anyone who is interested in joining to receive the extra discounts and perks,” said Sarkisian.
