The artist whose original work of art best captures the theme of “Living the Fiat Lifestyle with a Local Tampa Flair” will have his or her art showcased in the new FIAT studio at Ed Morse Brandon Auto Mall FIAT.  According to Peter Snelling, General Manager, 50 to 60 people will view the art on a daily basis at the FIAT studio.

Ed Morse Brandon Auto Mall FIAT is seeking work from local artists. The artwork, if selected, will be used to decorate the newly opened FIAT studio located at 11024 Causeway Blvd. in Brandon.

All art submitted for consideration must be original and must incorporate the theme “Living the FIAT lifestyle with a Local Tampa Flair.” Think of a FIAT 500 driving past Meletha Everette’s beautiful mural painting of roseate spoonbills at the entrance of the Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway or a FIAT 500 Abarth parked in front of the iconic Sacred Heart Cathedral in downtown Tampa.

Peter Snelling, general manager, said, “The FIAT brand is relatively new to this market, and we thought an art contest would be a fun way to introduce it.” Snelling added, “We are looking forward to showcasing art from some of the most talented residents that blend this car with our community.”

Submissions will be accepted via email (bdemartino@profilemarkpr.com) with attached photographs now through Monday,October 1. Artists must be 18 years or older and residents of Hillsborough County. Only 2D works on 3′ x’4′ ready to hang canvas will be accepted. The lucky winner will receive $1,000.00 in cash and two honorable mention winners will receive $100.00 gift cards. All artwork will become the property of Ed Morse Brandon Auto Mall FIAT. The artist’s name and contact information can be displayed. The winning submission will be notified on Monday, October 15.
