Are you ready to take charge of your health?  Olivia Capaz of Total Body Balance at 166 E. Bloomingdale Ave., Suite A, in Brandon would like to help you on that journey.  Her interest in the health industry began in 1998 when she became a certified personal trainer, followed in 2003 when she was licensed as a massage therapist.  Capaz is working towards a Bachelor’s Degree as a holistic health practitioner to include a master herbologist and nutritional consultant.

Capaz offers a 30 min. foot bath or 30 min. foot reflexology treatment accompanied by a warm herbal neck wrap and hot detox tea.  A 60 min. seaweed wrap experience brings you the ocean’s healing and purifying powers with seaweed, one of nature’s most complete sources of nutrition.  After a dry brush exfoliation used to stimulate blood and lymph circulation, your body is gently covered with a balanced mixture of seaweed gel, ocean mineral and aromatherapy oils.  You are then wrapped in a thermal blanket to hold in the body’s moisture.  While the seaweed activates, enjoy a 15-20 min. foot reflexology treatment or 15-20 min. facial massage using special facial cream that will tighten and tone the skin, along with herbal eye pads. The seaweed wrap is designed to detox and reduce cellulite.

Capaz said, “During each session, you will experience hot stones, aromatherapy for 15 min., including foot reflexology treatment, and be educated on which exercises  to do and a personal nutrition and supplement plan.”  Cellulite treatments are also available as well as packages with recommended detox plan included.  Her hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00 am-9:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm and Saturday by appointment only.  Walk-ins are welcome.

“Passion for educating to an all-natural approach to your health care needs is what I am about”, Capaz emphasized, adding that she is committed to bringing a sense of renewal, relaxation, rejuvenation and well-being to her clientele. Her passion is evident when she talks about her various services.  She can be reached at 679-2925 or e-mail her at TBBalance@yahoo.com for more information.
