Forest Glen, located on McMullen Rd., one-mile south of Boyette Rd. in Riverview, will be a gated enclave of eighty-six premium conservation, water and wetland preservation home sites, and is the first in-house development project for WestBay. Forest Glen is currently under construction with three models scheduled for December completion.

“Forest Glen marks a very special beginning for our company,” says Willy Nunn, President of the award-winning new home builder. “We have been enjoying tremendous growth throughout the Tampa-Bay area since our beginning in early 2010 and so a project such as this is the natural next step for us.”

And natural seems to be the operative word.

According to Janice Snow, Marketing Director, WestBay is trying to maximize the natural beauty of the wetlands that already exist on this piece of land. The land planning and landscape architecture maximize the natural beauty of Forest Glen as its backdrop, complemented by treatments such as stonework, arbors, lush landscaping and lighting in entry way signage and gates. Tree-lined roads; winding loops and cul-de-sacs complete the uniqueness of the neighborhood.

Furthermore, new elevations and floor plans will be offered here ranging from 2,306 sq. ft. of living to over 4,400 sq. ft. with prices attractively starting in the mid $200’s.

“Pre-sales are currently going on and we have some exciting incentives”, said Snow. “We have a very special product in a unique area; a central location where it’s an easy commute to Tampa, the schools are great and there is plenty of shopping nearby.” Snow believes that Forest Glen is a good fit for quality and the distinctive trademark that WestBay now has.

Currently, WestBay builds its trademark elegantly distinctive homes throughout the Tampa-Bay area; with more communities coming soon. Homebuyers can select from the semi-custom Estate and Manor series of homes, Cottage homes and Low-Maintenance single-family villas. Homes range in size from 1,462 sq. ft. to over 5,000 sq. ft. and are priced from the mid-$100’s to over $700,000.00.
