The Key Largo III – recipient of an Aurora award, won in two categories, Best Virtual Tour and Model Merchandising for a home over 4,000 sq ft. WestBay swept this category with awards going to the Nantucket in MiraBay and the Key Largo in Watergrass. The Biscayne model in FishHawk Ranch won in the Best Floor Plan category along with the Madeira. This latter is currently under construction at Forest Glen. This win is particularly rewarding since the Madeira represents the newest floor plan designs to be offered by WestBay.

In addition, WestBay sales team members received Million Dollar Circle Awards, recognition for sales success, while others received Individual Achievement Awards. Cathy Minardi, Internet Consultant received the Shining Star award, while colleague Chuck Frenz received the award for Salesperson on the Year.
