Brandon Foundation and Rolling Pin have partnered together to bring eight Celebrity and Top Chefs to join the quest of making Tampa Bay area a Culinary Destination this Spring. Brandon Foundation and its charities will receive 15% of the proceeds from each seat sold. Chefs on the schedule:

Chopped Grillmaster Chad Ward, Cookbook Author and Chef Helen Chen, Top Chef Sarah Grueneberg, Top Chef Tiffany Derry, Top Chef Tre Wilcox, Top Chef Richie Farina, Top Chef Lindsay Autry, and Cookbook Author and Southern Chef Virginia Willis.

All of these great chefs will be preparing their signature dishes in a full meal and beverage demonstration format.

March – Chopped Grillmasters contestant, Chad Ward, starts the season out with BBQ Fiesta, March 9 and April 27. Chad is an accomplished Grill Master, Tournament Smoker, Contestant on Food Network’s Chopped Grillmasters and Leader of his award-winning BBQ Championship Team. His classes are $60.

Chef Helen Chen returns for her fifth demonstration on March 19, “Chinese Cooking”. Helen Chen is the founder of Helen’s Asian Kitchen Cookware and daughter of James Beard inductee, Joyce Chen. Her class is $80.

April – Top Chef Season 9 Runner-Up, Chef Sarah Grueneberg, returns on April 11.

Top Chef Season 7 and Top Chef All-Star contestant, Chef Tiffany Derry returns April 18 and 19. Chef Tiffany will be featured on Bravo’s Top Chef Cruise. Their classes are $100.

May – Top Chef and Top Chef All-Star contestant Chef Tre Wilcox starts out the month on May 2. His sense of humor and make each of his events unforgettable. His class is $100.

Riverview, FL, native and Top Chef Season 9 contestant, Chef Richie Farina returns May 8 and 9, for Molecular Gastronomy 101. His class is $80.

Rolling Pin is excited to bring Top Chef Season 9 contestant, Chef Lindsay Autry, to the Center for the first time on May 16 and 17. Her class is $100.

Chef Virginia Willis closes out the season of chefs on May 22 and 23. Chef Virginia was recently a contestant on Food Network’s Chopped. Her class is $80.
