Get ready for date night! Dine Tampa Bay, a two-week restaurant event that gives diners a 3-course Prix Fixe menu option at more than 65 Tampa Bay restaurants is a perfect reason to try something new.

It is simple. From August 16-30, visit www.dinetampabay.com, pick your restaurant and Prix Fixe menu price for a 3-course dinner at the price point of $25, $35 or $45 and make your reservation and enjoy.

Don’t like the options on the Prix Fixe menu? No problem. The regular menu is always still available.

Designed to showcase the area’s top chef’s and underscore the broad scope of the greater Tampa Bay area’s culinary scene, the event offers $25, $35 and $45 prix fixe menus at participating restaurants throughout the area over a two week period.

The event is presented by Tampa Bay & Company and Visit St. Petersburg/Clearwater in partnership with the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA).

Dine Tampa Bay will kick off with two signature events including the Dine Tampa Bay Sip ‘n Sizzle Cocktail Competition  scheduled for Tuesday, August 13, from 6-9 p.m. at the Birchwood Hotel. Tickets are $25 per person and includes cash bar and samplings from participating Dine Tampa Bay restaurants.

Kick-off Dine Tampa Bay Restaurant Week and see local mixologists test their skills at St. Petersburg’s new Birchwood Hotel. Judges determining the winning cocktail include local well-known media and food critics.

Then, the tasting begins at the Celebri-Chef Cook-Off Event held on Thursday, August 15, from 6-9 p.m. at the TPepin’s Hospitality Centre. Tickets are $25 per person and includes food provided by select Dine Tampa Bay restaurants, as well as beer and wine provided by Pepin Distributing.
