The Publix at FishHawk Shopping Plaza is now at full capacity for the first time since its opening in September of 2006. The 67,300-sq.-ft. Publix-anchored shopping plaza is now home to 13 stores in addition to Publix and its liquor store.

“We believe this is an indication of an uptick in the market; especially in the FishHawk area,” said North American Properties director of leasing, Craig E. Kopko.

“Our goal is to be proactive in finding a tenant that is a good fit for the center thereby helping the community and the other tenants in the center,” Kopko explained.

The tenant roster includes restaurants, service-related businesses and retail stores. Along with Publix, Great Expressions Dental Centers (490-1982) and Signal Nails (661-1845) have been open since 2006. Great Expressions is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
