David Weekley Homes has officially broken ground on the Brooker Reserve, a new community located on Brooker Rd. between Bell Shoals Rd. and Lithia Pinecrest Rd. in Brandon.

Homes will start in the $300s and will be situated on 60 and 70 ft. homesites ranging from 2,500 to 3,230 sq. ft., and 80-ft. homesites ranging from 3,200 to 4,000 sq. ft. David Weekley Homes is the exclusive builder for Brooker Reserve and will feature two product lines with a variety of award-winning floor plans for this upcoming community. A model home will be ready for viewing in February 2014.

Brooker Reserve will be a gated community and will have 77 homesites. Homeowners in this community will enjoy a park, walking trails and proximity to plenty of shopping. Brooker Reserve will not have a Community Development District fee. With the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway only minutes away, it is an easy commute to downtown Tampa.
