Banking is probably not high on the list of favorite things to do for most people, but USAmeriBank in Brandon is trying to change that by delivering top notch customer service with a smile.  The business opened its doors on November 17, 2008 and has since become one of the most successful banks in the area.

Senior Vice President, Cami Gibertini, believes that its success stems from the fact that it is a relationship-centered and customer-focused bank. Gibertini brings 25 years of banking experience to the table.  “I think the thing that makes us different is our people that work here.  I have a very strong team and they have been with me for three years,” she said. Its campaign, A Penny For Your Thoughts, allows customers to complete a satisfaction survey to give feedback on their banking experience.  “We’re about customer service and it’s very important to us to continue to gauge that feedback,” added Matt Spruiell, Vice President of Marketing for USAmeriBank.

Kathy McKnight of Automated Petroleum Inc., agrees. “We’ve been banking with USAmeriBank since it came to Brandon. It bends over backwards. You call and someone gets back to you immediately.  Being a business person myself, I know the one thing any customer wants is to not be ignored.  It is a very friendly, hands-on bank to work with,” she said.

The bank also recently participated in Richards Run for Life for the Gonzmart Family Foundation which raises funds annually for Moffitt Cancer Center. “We are customer and community based,” she shared.

USAmeriBank opened its first branch in February 2007 in Largo and has since expanded operations to eleven locations in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, including the Brandon office. It is FDIC insured and currently have $2 billion in assets.  The bank offers a full array of banking services for both personal and commercial banking to accommodate the financial needs of the community.

USAmeriBank is located at 668 Oakfield Dr. in Brandon.  Hours of operation are Monday – Thursday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.  24 hour online banking is also available. Please visit www.usameribank.com for additional details.
