Interior Decorator Charla Lagasse has recently expanded her showroom in the Lena Maxey boutique and salon. This new space provides consumers the opportunity to see home decor items in a store setting.

Charlas’ Interiors and Home Decor, located in the Design Showroom of Lena Maxey, 13210 Boyette Rd. in Riverview, is a full-service design company that will oversee all design needs from consultation to completion.

Charla’s Interiors offers a complimentary one-hour consultation where she will personally visit a home, discuss ideas and take measurements to ultimately achieve a stunning end result.

Lagasse, equipped with 20 years of decorating experience, wants nothing more than to give customers the ‘wow factor’ when they open the door.

Whether it is custom window treatments, blinds and shutters, remodels, flooring, or even a paint consultation, Lagasse offers quality custom work.

“I just love doing what I do. It’s just fun and I like making people’s homes pretty,” said Lagasse.

Charla’s Interiors has also started offering mini-makeovers. The makeovers consist of a one-hour consultation and then three hours of designing and rearranging the room or rooms of your choice. Anyone interested can sign up online and inquire further for prices.

“It never hurts to have someone come in with a new set of eyes, a new idea of how things can be arranged or rearranged,” said Lagasse.

Apart from the home decor and furniture displayed in Lena Maxey, Lagasse caters space to local vendors including Toffee To Go, which is made locally in Tampa and has also appeared in “O” magazine as one of Oprah’s Favorite Things.
