Home to over 400 houses, Fish Hawk Trails is located 35 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 45 minutes from the Tampa airport in the middle of the Fish Hawk community. Overseen by Merit Management, the 24-hour guarded access property has quality amenities including two kid’s parks, baseball fields, soccer fields, lighted tennis courts and a roller hockey arena all centrally located on a 15-acre playground. For residents who enjoy the outdoors, there are over four miles of paved nature trails that line the fenced perimeter of the community and six miles of trails great for working out.

Fish Hawk Trails was built to appreciate the natural beauty of Florida and the natural settings and southern style add a serene charm to the neighborhood. The beautiful foliage consists of Live Oaks which hold Spanish moss in their branches.

There is a gazebo that overlooks one of many ponds in the community and is perfect for watching some of the wildlife including deer, fox, rabbits, possum, coyote, bald eagles and osprey.

Each home is built on at least half an acre of land with large house setbacks and wide streets meant to give the community a light and airy feel. The community is set close by great public schools including FishHawk Creek Elementary, Colleen Bevis Elementary, Randall Middle School and Newsome High School.

Board meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month, unless a holiday interferes, at the Fish Hawk Trails clubhouse at 6:30 p.m. For more information about Fish Hawk Trails, contact property manager Richard Pitrowski at rick@meritfl.com or 381-5435.
