Tampa Bay is the latest destination to partner with City Pass, the company that packages discounted, prepaid admission to a city or region’s top attractions. Beginning  Tuesday, May 20, Sunshine State travelers can purchase a Tampa Bay CityPASS® ticket booklet and save 38 percent off admission to Busch Gardens® Tampa, The Florida Aquarium, Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and the pass holder’s choice between the Chihuly Collection presented by the Morean Arts Center or the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI).

Each 2014 Tampa Bay CityPASS ticket booklet will retail for $119 for adults, $99 for children age 3-9. Passes, which can be purchased online at CityPASS.com or at any of the CityPASS partner attractions, are valid for nine consecutive days, beginning with the first day of use. Visitors who use all of the booklet’s tickets will save $73.45 on combined admission to the included attractions.

Families will love Busch Gardens Tampa, the bay area’s ultimate family adventure, offering 300 acres of thrilling rides, more than 12,000 animals, live shows and more. The nearby Florida Aquarium is home to some 20,000 sea creatures, including sharks, otters, penguins and alligators; while Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo, rated number one in the nation by Parents magazine in 2009, is home to another 1,000 animals, ranging from manatees and koalas to elephants, tigers, orangutans and more.

Clearwater Marine Aquarium is home to Winter, the injured dolphin whose inspiring story is chronicled both in the hit movie Dolphin Tale and its upcoming sequel, Dolphin Tale 2. CityPASS users can also choose between the Chihuly Collection, a stunning permanent display of artist Dale Chihuly’s large-scale glass installations located on St. Petersburg’s downtown waterfront, along with live glassblowing demonstrations at the Morean Hot Shop; and the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI), a hands-on science museum that also houses the Sky Trail Ropes Course and Zip Line and Florida’s only IMAX DOME Theatre.
