Riverview Woman’s Club Hosts Second Annual Wine Tasting Gala

Riverview Woman’s Club is sponsoring its Second Annual Wine Tasting Gala ‘Carnival’ on Saturday, April 5, at the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 4328 Garden Vista Dr. in Riverview. Last year, in its first year of existence, the Riverview Woman’s Club raised enough money to give out four scholarships of $1000 each to area high school seniors. This year the club, and its newly-formed 501(c)(3) foundation, hope to be able to raise even more.

This year’s gala, ‘Carnival’, will celebrate wine, food and music of South America. The evening will begin with wine tasting on the patio presented by A Time for Wine of Tampa. This will be followed by dinner, entertainment and a wine pull. There are opportunities for sponsorship available at levels from $1500 to $50. Individual tickets are $75 per person and are available by calling Kitty Cunningham at 394-0301.
