The Providence Lakes homeowners association welcomes the community to its spring community-wide garage and yard sale on Saturday, April 26 from 8 a.m. -1 p.m. On the day of the sale, once shoppers enter the Providence Lakes development, they can follow individual signs going into the villages or can wander around looking for the rest of the garage sales. The announcement banners will go up a week before the sale facing out toward Providence Rd.

Providence Lakes is a Deed Restricted community. The Providence Lakes Master Association (PLMA), or the homeowners association, is made up of volunteer homeowners. The PLMA holds board meetings once a month which are open to Providence Lakes homeowners. The current president of the

PLMA is Bob Berry. Residents can visit the PLMA Website to find information about their neighborhood and contact board members like Berry at www.providencelakeshoa.com.
