Chef Dave West of Rolling Pin said, “We are very ‘egg’cited to have been chosen as a Big Green Egg Gold Retailer. We are looking forward to our event, meeting the ‘egg’heads in the area, and hatching more.”

The drawing includes a $200 Rolling Pin gift card, $100 cooking class gift certificate (two gift certificates), $50 cooking class gift certificate (four gift certificates), sets of BGE salt and pepper shakers, Eggtoberfest cookbooks and Big Green Egg cookbooks.

Big Green Egg is widely acclaimed as the original American-designed ceramic cooker. It was derived from an ancient clay cooking device known as a “kamado.” Originally a clay vessel with a lid, today’s Egg is a modern ceramic marvel known for producing amazing culinary results for novice and experts alike for over 30 years. Grill, oven and smoker, the Big Green Egg is the only outdoor cooker chefs will ever need.  For more information on The Big Green Egg, visit www.BigGreenEgg.com.
