In the heart of Riverview, Lucaya Lake Club offers a truly different style of living. With a Spanish Mediterranean meets British West Indies architectural theme, the community boasts palm tree-lined streets, an interesting use of materials and a 78-acre boatable community lake as the centerpiece.

Ryan Homes is the sole builder and when complete in a projected seven years, the community will include more than 900 homes.

According to President of Colter Land Partners Jim Harvey, the land developer and property owner, 15 homes are built or under construction in the initial phase of development which has about 200 lots.

“The first residents are beginning to move-in,” he said.

Ryan Homes is offering five series of home plans that each features four or five plans. On the west side, dubbed Parkside, the 50’ wide lots offer homes priced in the low $200s while homes around the gated lakeside that surround the lake are all priced in the $500s with some approaching $1 million.

Parkside Manor features seven different home styles, each with a selection of upgrades that allow residents to personalize space. A two or three-car garage comes standard. Options include as many as six bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths spread over as much as 3,411 sq. ft. of living space.

While the 80’ lot premier Lakeside Home models have yet to be unveiled, other lakeside options include granite countertops, up to 4,849 sq. ft. of living space and as many as six bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, plus two or three-car side-entry garages.

“Riverview is certainly the center of growth for Hillsborough County. It is transforming rapidly,” said Harvey. “Lucaya Lake Club will be almost a new section of Riverview. We think it will be very successful. There is a lot of competition but this is the only community with an 80-acre lake.”

The resort-style amenities are a big attraction at Lucaya Lake Club. Aside from the lake that will offer a host of activities, there will be a gorgeous clubhouse, resort-style pool and state-of-the-art fitness center.

Harvey added that another plus for the community are the schools, including Riverview High School, Panther Trace Elementary and Eisenhower Middle School.

Lucaya Lake Club is located on Rhodine Rd. just east of U.S. Hwy. 301. Visit www.lucayalakeclub.com or call Ryan Homes at 609-6949.
