When Arlene and Ben Frisk opened The LOFT Event Lounge, they never expected that they would be offering their all inclusive event concept as a franchise. If you have ever considered being an event planner and/or owning your own business, then this franchise option is just for you.
Arlene and Ben have worked with a Franchise Marketing Company to offer their concept as a franchise, and they are approved by the State of Florida. They will offer franchise opportunities from North Carolina to south Florida and west to Arizona.
Arlene and Ben will offer support from concept, design to daily operational training. They will help you find a location that fits the concept and help negotiate the contract. They have done the market research and know where this concept will work. “We offer support from A to Z,” said Arlene. “We give you all the tools that you need to run the business,” added Ben. This includes all design and decor options. Basically, you get everything that you need to run a successful, all inclusive Event Lounge. “We have evolved to the point where we know what works and what does not work,” said Arlene. It is a proven method with evidenced success. Arlene and Ben have bookings into 2016 and 2017.
Arlene and Ben have indeed been successful. In the three years since The LOFT Event Lounge opened in Brandon, they have had hundreds of events. Arlene said, “I am often told by people who book the events and their guests, that Brandon needed this type of business. I am also often asked if we have other locations in different cities.” This is what prompted Arlene and Ben to look into franchising their all inclusive event space concept.
The LOFT Event Lounge is first and foremost not a rental hall. “You tell us your vision, and we bring it to life. Our concept is an all inclusive event from A to Z,” explained Arlene. Their motto is “Your All Inclusive Event.” The Brandon location is 2200 square feet and can accommodate up to 100 people. It is perfect for anniversary parties, retirement parties, weddings, graduations and quinceaneras.
Arlene and Ben have forged relationships with area businesses and now have two preferred caterers and restaurants including Olive Garden, Publix and Latams Catering of Ybor City. “They are great partners,” said Arlene.
