FreMindfullStresse Self-Care Strategy Sessions During August

Dina Hansen, founder of Mindful Stress Solutions and author of the book, Stop Eating Your Stress, is offering free Self-Care Strategy Sessions this month. She said that most women tend to only focus on taking care of the needs of others, feeling like they need to do it all; putting their self-care low on the “to-do list” or leaving it off entirely. When this happens, women become depleted and burn-out more easily which results in a laundry list of physical ailments, over-eating, over-spending, a strain on relationships, a poor self-image and poor job performance just to name a few. However, when women learn how to make their self-care a priority they find balancing their unique needs with needs of others easier to do without burnout or feeling unappreciated. To learn more visit MindfulStressSolutions.com or to schedule a free Self-Care Strategy Session call 415-3727.

Sidelines FSidelinesield Striping Offers Professional Field Striping

Sidelines Field Striping offers professional athletic field striping for football, soccer, baseball/softball and lacrosse. It is the brain child of Rusty Judah and Phil Gianfrancesco. While performing their duties as officials, they discovered there were no options for teams and coaches for lining their fields. Phil and Rusty decided to bring Phil’s wife, Mary, on board to help start up the business. Their mission is to take over striping your field, so volunteers can be used elsewhere and coaches can focus on getting their team ready for game day. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer “Game Day Packages” for football fields. They can make your field look like the Pros!  They can design and cut customized stencils for the middle of the field, or paint one you already have.  No need to every buy paint again. Get ready for October Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Sidelines can paint the PINK 6’ Breast Cancer Awareness Ribbon on your field for $25 each.
