Qdoba Mexican Grill offers the same delicious tastes that you can find in its restaurant right to your doorstep with its catering services. For parties with as few as 10 people or more than 100, Qdoba is the place to call for your next party.

Qdoba offers three catering bars: Taco, Naked Burrito and Nacho bars.

“Our most popular bar is our Naked Burrito Bar with add-ons of a pan of three-cheese queso, lettuce and tortillas,” said Emily Chung, marketing manager. “This bar can be purchased for 20 people or more. Our Taco Bar is popular for 10-20 person lunches. Typically this is served with add-ons of rice, beans and queso. Of course the add-ons are all optional, but it gives people the flexibility of creating a variety of entrees – burrito bowls, nachos, tacos and salads.”

Along with the food, Qdoba’s catering services also include set-up. Each bar will come with everything guests need; napkins, utensils and chafing dishes to keep everything hot. The way the food is set up makes clean up a cinch.

“We catered a Naked Burrito Bar for my son’s first birthday,” said Lithia resident Marie Gilmore. “The Brandon staff delivered the food, set it up, put out signs to identify each sauce and item on the bar and it was a huge hit with the parents and kids at the party. Qdoba was one of the most inclusive caterings I have ever seen and I will absolutely use them again.”

An example Naked Burrito bar will include: choice of adobo-marinated fire-grilled chicken or steak, three of Qdoba’s fresh salsas (Pico De Gallo, Salsa Verde, and Salsa Roja), cheese, sour cream, hand-smashed guacamole, handmade tortilla chips tossed with lime and kosher salt, a choice of black or pinto beans slow simmered in cumin and onion, cilantro lime or seasoned brown rice and fajita vegetables.

Qdoba also offers a catering rewards program. By using a Rewards Card when placing a order, guests will earn one point for every pre-tax dollar spent on both.
