Checks Presented at GRCC Monthly Member Luncheon

Mayor Race Committee Chairs Michelle Mosher, Southshore Insurance Professionals, LLC and Christian Beiter, CFP of Preservation 1st Financial Group, LLC took to the stage to present checks to the 2016 Honorary Mayor of Riverview candidate’s charities of choice during the August Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce Luncheon. Checks were presented to the Davis Rojas Foundation, the Boys and Girls Club of Riverview and the Greater Tampa Bowling Association Youth Scholarship Fund.

Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce Honors Educators

The Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Teaching to Excellence. This event recognizes Teachers of the Year, as well as welcoming all new teachers from within 29 Riverview area schools. Event Chair Jennifer Caskey, CenterState Bank, welcomed the crowd of over 400 teachers, principals, and community business leaders.

Ribbon Cutting for K. Hovnanian’s Riverside Bluff

The Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony in August with several Chamber members on hand to meet the K. Hovnanian staff and to tour the model home. Residents will enjoy a private walking path and fishing pier, and be able to walk or bike to nearby restaurants and shops.
