Finding your dream home just got easier thanks to Newland Communities’ third annual Biggest Open House. Every weekend through Sunday, November 22, 37 models homes by 13 builders ranging in price from $224k to more than $2 million will be on display.

In addition, buyers who want to start the new year in a new home will find more than 70 quick-move in homes available in FishHawk Ranch in Lithia and MiraBay and Waterset in Apollo Beach.

Newland Communities Regional Marketing Director Pam Parisi described the open house as an opportunity for consumers to tour all of the completed inventory homes without any sales pressure.

“Each inventory home has a sign in front of it, which offers the home price and builder information,” she said. “If a home shopper is interested in one of the homes that they tour, they can easily take the next step and go talk to the builder sales representative.”

Ticha Chancey-Fender, Cardel Homes community sales manager in FishHawk Ranch, said Newland’s promotion is an excellent opportunity for homebuyers to see how Cardel Homes’ finishes stand out above its competition.

Cardel Homes has five inventory homes under construction from its 2,732 sq. ft. Azalea plan for $339,990 to its 3,108 sq. ft. Endeavor 3 plan for $449,990.

“There are a finite number of homes being built in these communities and one day we will have sold them all,” she said. “There is no time like the present to purchase a well-built home in a Newland community.”
