Brandon Small Business Wins National Magazine Contract

Dash 30 Media Solutions LLC has won a one-year contract to produce The Voice, the monthly flagship magazine of TREA: The Enlisted Association. The service-disabled, veteran-owned small business based in Brandon signed the deal in October with TREA, based in Aurora, Colo. Dash 30’s first magazine was produced in early November. Dash 30, founded in 2013 by two retired airmen, will produce four print and eight online issues for the association through October 2016. The company will also produce the association’s annual convention brochure.

Dash 30 will reach out to other veteran service organizations to coordinate mutually beneficial stories, Dash 30 CEO Louis Arana said. The two have produced more than a dozen military newspapers and magazines, including Airman, the Air Force’s flagship publication. Most recently, they produced quarterly magazines for U.S. Special Operations Command at MacDill Air Force Base. Tibby’s New Orleans Kitchen Expands in New Market

Long-time restaurant partners and founders of the successful Tijuana Flat’s brand, Camp Fitch and Brian Wheeler, signed a new lease for a stand-alone restaurant, Tibby’s New Orleans Kitchen, in Brandon.
