Orange Home Accessories Raises Money For Family Promise

Orange Home Accessories held its “Welcome Spring” event earlier this month for Family Promise of Greater Brandon. Everyone enjoyed live music by Ella and Jazz Pianist, Jimmy Silva, along with wine and appetizers, raffles and specials. A total of $1,000 was raised for Family Promise.

Orange is a home décor and gift store that specializes in well-designed pieces that are artful and functional. It offers an eclectic mix for any style and the perfect gifts for the hard to buy for person. Orange Home Accessories is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. It is closed Sundays. FishHawk Residents Excited As Starbucks Rumor Confirmed

It is official, Starbucks is coming to FishHawk Ranch by Newland Communities. The rumors are true and is now confirmed by Sandia Wasserman representing Florida Retail Partners. “We are in the final negotiations for a store and now have permission to announce the location,” said Wasserman. “We are excited and hope the community will embrace Starbucks.” There are two more tenants in the 7,000 sq. ft. plaza at FishHawk Blvd. and Bayberry Glen, across from the FishHawk Sports Complex, but Wasserman said she does not yet have authorization to announce them. On May 16, Florida Retail Partners will seek a variance from Hillsborough County to amend its original plan due to a setback issue and will be ready to build. Anytime Fitness To Open In Park Square

Steve Moran Is Keller Williams Top Agent 12 Years In A Row

Julie Swain, team leader for Keller Williams, has announced that Steve Moran with Keller Williams Suburban Tampa has finished as the Top Individual Agent. Parade Of Homes Winners Announced

Earlier this month the winning builders and model homes were announced for the 2016 Tampa Bay Parade of Homes. This year the Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA) hosted one of the largest Parade of Homes in Florida presented by Frontier Communications. Homage Liquor Hosting Free Wine Tastings

Newly opened Homage Liquor Experience at 4350 Lithia Pinecrest Rd. Mathnasium Welcomes New Assistant Center Directors

Mathnasium has promoted Lead Instructor Baylor Kull to assistant center director and hired KaLynn Singleton to take the place of Michelle Holton who has been graciously serving as assistant center director since October of 2014. Holton was presented with an opportunity to return full time to the career that she left years ago to home educate her children.
