Thomas Edison once said, “The three great essentials to achieve anything worthwhile are, first, hard work; second, stick-to-itiveness; third, common sense.” Warren Dietel can relate to Edison’s statement because Dietel and his family have owned and operated Puff-N-Stuff Events and Catering for more than 30 years. “As an entrepreneur, my greatest attributes are tenacity and perseverance,” Dietel said. “I firmly believe that innovation is the distinguishing characteristic between good and great. I understand that it must be translated into tangible and relevant concepts that work in real life with real people.”

In 1971, Puff ‘n Stuff opened as a small pastry shop in San Fernando, Trinidad specializing in puff pastries. When the owners, Susie and Glenn Dietel, moved to Florida, they re-opened the Puff ‘n Stuff pastry shop in Central Florida in 1980. The little shop grew quickly and soon began providing catering services. In 2003, their son, Warren, had a vision for the company, purchased the business from his parents, and immediately set out to grow Central Florida’s premier catering operation into a full-service event company.

“I updated the brand, added ‘catering’ to the company name, and continued to develop a world-class reputation by providing restaurant-quality cuisine, impeccable service, and creating unique, custom events,” Warren said.

Puff-N-Stuff currently serves Central and West Coast Florida. It is recognized as a national leader in the catering industry and Warren feels it has reached this achievement by passionately perfecting life’s celebrations.

“This is more than our tagline, it’s our mantra,” Warren said. “It’s our way of life, one that we’ve been celebrating for 30 years.”

It is a full-service event company that provides more than just food. From knowing the ins and outs of over 200 incredible venues, to creating dream weddings, spectacular corporate events, or memorable social events, they can do it all.

“Our award-winning team orchestrates up to 20 events per day, and each one receives the attention, creativity, and commitment to quality and service that are the hallmarks of our business, whether it’s lunch for 20 or a gala for 2,000,” Warren said.
