After more than 11 years nestled in the Stein-Mart anchored Lithia Crossing shopping center, RobZFitness is moving to FishHawk Ranch. Its new location at 16315 FishHawk Blvd., west of Walgreen’s and across the street from the FishHawk Sports Complex, features a 2,600 square foot state-of-the art personal training and group fitness studio.

“I’m a FishHawk resident and most of my clients live here so it seemed like the perfect marriage to move my studio here,” said owner Rob Zulkoski.

The new location will give him the ability to expand his program offerings. “With the FishHawk Sports Complex across the street we’ll be able utilize the fields and the expansive trail system.”

RobZFitness has a proven track record for helping clients achieve their fitness and weight loss goals and has more than a hundred testimonials online.

Palm River resident Sharon Sweeting would follow Zulkoski anywhere, especially since he has helped her lose 35 pounds in the past ten months.

Sweeting became a client last year after a trip to California to see her son, a warrant officer in the Navy. He lives in a two-story home and noticed how climbing the stairs caused her to become short of breath. “He told me I had to go home and find someplace to exercise,” said Sweeting, who came home and signed up with RobZFitness.

When she worried storm surge from Hurricane Irma would destroy some belongings in her home, she boxed the important things up and moved them to her own home’s second floor. “It took me no time and I could easily do it,” she said.

RobZFitness offers free fitness evaluations, where he discusses goals and expectations, measures weight and body fat, determines endurance, strength and flexibility and discusses expected outcomes. To celebrate its 11th year in business, any new personal training client who signs up for three months or longer before October 31st will get 11% off personal training memberships.

In addition to personal training, the studio offers group training and aerobics/Bootcamp/Les Mills fitness classes.
RobZFitness is open Monday – Thursday 5 a.m. – 8 p.m. On Friday and Saturday, it stays open until the last client finishes their training session.
