Winthrop Town Center in Riverview at the corner of Bloomingdale Ave. and Providence Rd. is flourishing with new businesses opening in the small town-centered plaza. And with homes under construction in the surrounding area, a community Advantage Center planned nearby and a few more spots to fill, Winthrop is becoming a community destination.
