Dave Stutzman of Troyer and The Fresh Farm Market owner Mike Cairo are pleased to announce the new deli counter at the store

The new deli counter offering meats and cheeses by the pound or in a sandwich at The Fresh Farm Market on Bloomingdale Ave. is just another reason to visit this great establishment.

Owned by Mike and Christie Cairo, The Fresh Farm Market, in addition to the new deli counter, is a 3,500-sq. ft. indoor market offering everything from fresh produce and local goods to organic foods, jams, chips, crafts, fresh coffee, pickled items and more.

All deli meats and also many of the other items in the store are provided by Troyer, an Amish company started in 1959 in the back of a station wagon to today, serving 38 states

Troyer offers a full line of premium, domestic and international cheeses complimented with a full line of meats, jerky, jar goods and specialty items.

“Troyer is a family-owned business doing business with family owned businesses,” commented Dave Stutzman, a Troyer representative.

“Everybody who has tried Troyer thinks it is really good,” said Mike. “We encourage customers to come in and try it for themselves.”

Stutzman explained that Troyer deli meats are made with minimal processing, resulting in a low level of preservatives and no MSG.

Deli meats start at $4.99 a pound and cheeses are priced from $5.99 a pound. Sandwich options include turkey and provolone, roast beef and Swiss, an Italian, corned beef, ham and many more, all made-to-order. Party platters also are available.

When picking up some sandwiches, be sure to try some of the market’s best selling items such as the strawberry jam, pickled baby beets and bread and butter pickles.

The Fresh Farm Market is located at 5914 Providence Rd., on the northeast corner of Bloomingdale Ave. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
