Chef Helen Chen will conduct two different classes.  On November 7, at 6:15p.m., Chinese is on the menu and November 8, at 6:15p.m. is all about Thai. Helen Chen is the founder of the Helen’s Asian Kitchen cookware line and daughter of James Beard Hall of Fame inductee, Joyce Chen. Helen has authored several cookbooks including Helen Chen’s Chinese Home Cooking, Peking Cuisine, Easy Chinese Stir-Fries and Easy Asian Noodles. She will explain all the specialty ingredients and generously sprinkle in her cultural and culinary stories, history and tips. The cost of each class is $75.

Chef Tre Wilcox is back for his fourth visit. His class is on November 11, at 2 p.m.. Chef Tre was a contestant on Top Chef Season 3 and Top Chef All-Stars.  He is currently the Executive Chef of Marquee Grill in Dallas. Chef Tre is a welcome friend of Rolling Pin and an amazing chef. His wonderful sense of humor and wicked laugh are endearing and make each of his events an unforgettable show not to be missed. The cost of class is $100.
