Revolution Ice Cream Churns Up Something New In Brandon

By Marie Gilmore

Attention! Ice Cream fans, there is something new in town. Now open, The Revolution Ice Cream company in Brandon will tease your taste buds with new flavors, a cozy atmosphere and a great new concept in ice cream.

Owned by husband and wife team Bill and Leslee Workman, the opening of The Revolution Ice Cream is a match made in heaven. Bill has been making delightful ice cream combinations from their Bloomingdale home for over a year and demand has been growing. Leslee is a graphic designer with a great sense for color and art.

Together, the pair discovered the location at 220 Brandon Blvd. in the plaza near Next Level Printing and just after Parsons Ave.

What makes this ice cream shop unique are the flavors of ice cream, from the Curried Sky-Curried Toasted Coconut in homemade Vanilla Bean ice cream, or the Chocolate Habanera with rich Chocolate Ice Cream infused with Habaneras giving a light but lingering heat or the Porky’s Delight Vanilla ice Cream blended with crushed bacon brittle.

The new concept has been getting a lot of local attention by food writers, television news stations and fans who are coming back for more!
