Rebook Spartan Special Ops Race is coming to Tampa on Saturday, February 15 at the Raymond James Stadium. The purpose of the Spartan Race is to get participants active and healthy while challenging today’s perception of normal. The race seeks to take competitors back to the ancient human roots when running through woods and getting dirty was a daily activity. Spartan Races promise to test strength, stamina and sense of humor.
The Spartan Sprint on the 15th will consist of a three plus miles including 15 plus obstacle course races which anyone from a beginner to a pro athlete can complete. The top three males and top three females qualify for free entry into a Spartan Super of their choice.
Currently tickets cost $95 dollars for participants and will go up to $100 before registration closes on Tuesday, February 11. Military and first responders receive a $30 discount and students with a valid I.D. receive a $10 discount.
