Summer Pool Hours
Starting Friday, June 6 summer pool hours in Brentwood Hills will be extended to 10 p.m. with staff on-site beginning at 12 Noon.
Landscape Additions
New sod is currently being placed along Brentwood Hills Blvd. and landscape will be added to all of the interior monuments (the entrances of each named area).
Friday Night Movies
Friday Night Movies will begin on Friday, June 6 and will kick-off with a family friendly movie and free popcorn. This will be a reoccurring activity for families in Brentwood Hills this summer. Each week’s movie and start time will be listed on the Brentwood Hills Facebook page, www.facebook.com/pages/Brentwood-Hills-HOA/545874002128016.
Annual Resident’s BBQ
Tickets are now available from a pool attendant for Brentwood Hill’s Annual Resident BBQ. It will be held Saturday, August 9. Everyone must have a ticket to attend, and the cutoff date for getting a ticket is Saturday, July 26. This is necessary so enough food can be ordered for everyone. The Annual Resident BBQ will include food, bouncy houses and games for kids. This event is free for residents, if they have a ticket.
Day Out With The Family
To enhance a “day out with the family,” Brentwood Hills is now taking bids for a new grill area, including covered seating and table area, adjacent to the pool for family cookouts and great times together.
Common Exterior Maintenance Items
• Routine Mailbox Maintenance- Keep clean in and good condition.
• Trash and Recycle Containers- Keep stored out of view except on collection day.
• Routine Lawn/Landscape Care- Attend to bare areas, edge around concrete surfaces when mowing, and trim around perimeter of home. Keep plant beds free of weeds as well as cracks in concrete surfaces.
• Exterior Home Maintenance- Remove stains like algae from home; remove stains from driveway and sidewalks.
