Lawyers Carman & Bevington Provide Knowledge, Experience To Local Clients
By Michelle Caceres
When is the perfect time to call a lawyer when you’ve been in an accident through no fault of your own?
“We’ve had clients contact us from the scene,” said Allen Carman of Carman & Bevington.
After an accident, he said the insurance companies begin working the case right away. He should know. Carman was previously a defense attorney for a major auto insurance company and his knowledge is an asset to clients trying to receive just compensation for injuries.
When you hire Carman & Bevington, you hire attorneys dedicated to helping clients recover compensation for injuries.
Seffner resident Douglas Amoroso chose Carman & Bevington when he needed legal services because he wanted a firm with access to its partners, not a junior associate with minimal experience.
“I wanted to talk to the guys on the billboard and with Carman & Bevington they were always accessible and ready to talk to me,” he said. “I felt like I had their full attention.”
Located at 223 Lithia Pinecrest Rd. just south of Hwy. 60, Carman & Bevington serves clients in the central Gulf coast area including Valrico, Lithia, Brandon, Seffner, Riverview, Apollo Beach and more.
Personal injury claims are handled on a contingency fee basis, meaning they take all the financial risk associated with the case and don’t get paid unless the client receives compensation.
In addition to automobile (and truck and motorcycle) accidents, the firm handles general personal injury, premises liability, products liability, workplace accidents and nursing home negligence. Bevington also practices family law, helping families wade through the sometimes complex laws relating to division of marital property, parenting plans and time-sharing arrangements, alimony and child support, during a very emotional time for clients.
“Hire us and you’ll have access to us,” said Carman. “We’re your neighborhood lawyer and here to assist the community.”
