On Sunday, September 20, from 3-7 p.m. join in the dancing fun at The Regent for the Way 2 Dance’s Dance With The Stars Showcase Extravaganza. This event is open to the public, but tickets and reservations are required. The cost of a ticket is $65 after Tuesday, September 1, but if you bring in this article from the Osprey Observer it is only $50 for a ticket.
There will be salsa, ballroom and tango dancing performances, as well as a dinner, games and raffles.
“We will have live music from the band Sequel, and The Way 2 Dance students will be showcasing their skills and presenting it with their professionals. You don’t have to know how to dance to enjoy this party, anybody can come and watch, eat, drink and meet new friends. A lot of our students began taking lessons to learn a social dance and loved it so much that now they are ready to perform and share it with others,” said owner of Way 2 Dance Tatyana Frost.
Way 2 Dance offers latin, ballroom and swing dance classes. The classes are offered as group lessons, private lessons or dance parties. No experience is needed to attend any of the classes. Dance classes are a great way to learn new steps and patterns, meet new people and have a lot of fun.
