Anyone who has bought or sold a home can attest to the stress associated these types of large transactions. There are many decisions to be made along the way regardless which end of the transaction you are on and having a realtor that is on your side is of the utmost importance. David and Bonnie Harbaugh, of the Harbaugh Team at Keller Williams Realty South Shore are the team that will be on your side.

David and Bonnie understand the unique needs of both buyers and sellers because together they have nearly 50 years of combined experience in real estate. David’s career in real estate began in Denver, Colorado in 1990 and Bonnie joined him in the business six years later in 1996. The couple built a successful practice with RE/MAX in the Denver area, winning many awards along the way, before bringing their expertise to the Florida area in 2003.

The Harbaugh’s were able to seamlessly and successfully relocate their real estate business in the Tampa area because their client’s know that they have their best interests at heart. “Our business is very personal. We take it personally and we care about our clients,” said David. “If someone is dealing with us, they will be dealing with us, not an assistant, not a transaction coordinator,” added Bonnie.

They believe it is this personalized aspect that sets them apart from so many other realtors. Not only do they stay with their clients through the entire real estate transaction, more often than not they end up with new friends. In fact, the couple just attended a former client’s 20 year military retirement ceremony at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. “Most of our past clients are referrals from past clients or repeat business,” said Bonnie.

The Harbaugh’s are the entire real estate team so as a client you know that you will be dealing only with them throughout the entire process. With the greater presence of online real estate sites, they believe in the value of face to face transactions.
