FishHawk Garage Sale Scheduled

Start cleaning out those garages, closets and playrooms! The FishHawk Ranch Spring Garage Sale will take place on Saturday, April 14 from 8 a.m.-12 Noon throughout FishHawk Ranch in Lithia. Hundreds of homes throughout the community participate in the semi-annual event.

Donation trucks from Goodwill Suncoast Industries and Lighthouse Gospel Ministries will be at Park Square, Hawk Park and The Osprey Club from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. for donations. The Shred Truck will also be at Park Square from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

Residents should note that many of the parking spaces in the Osprey Club overflow parking lot will be caution taped off on Thursday April 12, after school dismissal in preparation for the donation trucks to arrive Friday morning. The trucks will leave on Saturday afternoon.

Market Day Date Moved

The April Market Day, held at Park Square in FishHawk Ranch, will take place on Sunday, April 8, the second Sunday of the month, rather than the first Sunday of the month as usual, in observance of the Easter holiday.

The market, featuring many local food and craft booths, runs from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

Mark Your Calendars For FishHawk’s Food Truck Rally

From 5-9 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, FishHawk Ranch will host 15 food trucks offering unique food items in the Osprey Club parking lot. The event will be put on by Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally which has thrown dozens of events to date, specializing in rallies, lunch spots and catering.

Parking for the event will be available across the street at Bevis Elementary, but patrons are encouraged to walk or bike if possible. Lawn chairs and picnic blankets are welcome as seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
