Dr. Pham grew up in the Tampa Bay area and earned a Bachelor in Chemistry from the University of South Florida in 1993. In 2001, Dr. Pham received his Doctorate in Pharmacology from the prestigious Columbia University in New York City. He received his Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry at UMDNJ-New Jersey Dental School.  He attained his specialty certificate in Endodontics at Columbia University, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Pham returned to Tampa Bay to practice Endodontics in 2010. He opened Endodontic Innovations in the fall of 2014 in the Big Bend Medical Professional Center.

Dr. Pham is also a part-time clinical instructor for LECOM School of Dental Medicine. “I work with students to teach the arts and science behind root canal therapy,” said Dr. Pham. “I also participate with Mission Smiles to provide dental care to patients who need access to dental care.”
