This annual event benefits A Kid’s Place, a 60 bed facility for abused, neglected and abandoned children located at 1715 Lithia Pinecrest Rd. in Brandon. The event is hosted by Aliquity, a 501 (c) (3) organization which connects business owners to their community while supporting local charities. The Aliquity Community Partners include The Compounding Shop of Riverview, Bell Shoals Animal Hospital, You Say When Yogurt (FishHawk), Jill Ann Photography, Surface Solve, The UPS Store (Boyette Rd.), ServPro and Rice Graphics.

Last year’s event drew 120 participants and raised over $1,000. This year, the money raised will be used to provide the children of A Kid’s Place with outings to places such as mini golf, bowling, the zoo, skating and the movies. Mary Berg, Resource Manager for A Kid’s Place said, “The Jingle Run is always so much fun.

Dotti Dunn, Director for Aliquity said, “Bell Creek Nature preserve is a beautiful Hillsborough County Park to enjoy a great event for a great organization! You are doing some good for yourself and something good for someone else when participating in the event.”
