Heifer International Gift Ark Presentation

In acknowledgement of the generous contribution of Four Gift Arks ($5,000 each), an award was presented by Heifer International to First Presbyterian Church of Brandon. These Gift Arks go around the world— Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Wherever Heifer finds hunger, poverty and hopelessness, they answer with Heifer animals and training. This gift  entails oxen, donkeys, water buffalo, cows, sheep and goats as well as bees, worms, chicks, llamas, pigs, rabbits and more. These healthy animals will go forth and multiply, improving lives for countless families and passing on the spirit of faith to places where generosity, kindness and vision are needed most.

Giving Back To The Community Program

One of the cornerstones of Fernhill Farms is their Giving Back to the Community Program, which allows them to share what God has so abundantly given to them. They have put into place the opportunity for local churches, charities, and non-profit organizations to participate in their giving back program.

Once registered, your organization will be assigned an account number which you would give out to your members. When a member of your organization visits Fern Hill Family Farms and purchases produce or product, 10% of the profit from all sales generated will be given back to your organization in the form of a quarterly check.

As they get ready to launch this program, they need your help.  If you think your organization may qualify, please email the name and contact information of the organization or group.

For more information, please visit www.fernhillfamilyfarms.com or tiffany@fernhillfamilyfarms.com.
