Looking for the guilt-free carb? Missing out on pasta and noodles while eating healthy? NoOodle offers a new grab-and-go meal which allows you to still eat healthy while on the road without sacrificing taste. The yam-based superfood takes on the look and consistency of pasta, but is packed with a soluble fiberglucomannan and contains no carbs, fat, soy, or gluten.  NoOodle offers travelers a way to watch calories while away from home.

Some of the flavors are:  Tomato Infused Angel Hair – Angel hair NoOodle in a tomato flavored broth; Chicken Flavor Infused Angel Hair – Angel hair NoOodle in a light chicken broth; Chicken Noodle Soup – Prepared with chicken and fresh vegetables in a natural chicken broth; Tomato Risotto – Diced tomatoes, spinach, and basil prepared in a tomato sauce.

NoOodle new meals are ready to heat and eat in three minutes, with some meals containing as little as 20 calories per serving. Marie Gilmore, editor of the Osprey said, “We sampled all four of the new NOoodle soups and each was served in an easy to heat, flavorful broth and the noodles were just like a vermicelli noodle.”

NoOodle meals contain two servings and are priced at $5.99. Product will be available at supermarkets across the country beginning of September, including Whole Foods and online at www.NoOodle.com.
