Tampa’s fastest growing new home builder, Homes by WestBay, continues to expand and announces a selection of seven new floor plans for sale in The Reserve at South Fork, a gated enclave of 111 homes in Riverview.

The seven floor plans, priced from the mid-$200’s, range in size from the 2,306-sq. ft., four-bedroom, two-bath, three-car garage Capri to the two-story, 4,846-sq. ft. Granada with seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, bonus room, den and three-car garage. Homebuyers can take advantage of special introductory prices and be among the first to select locations, though nearly all sites offer views of a lake, conservation area or both. The Capri model home will be open for viewing by mid-December, and is located at 13845 Moonstone Canyon Dr., in Riverview. Model home hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Saturday, and Sunday Noon-6 p.m.
