The Rivercrest community consists of 1,380 homes and provides many weekly classes and events to keep residents involved offering something for everyone. Below are a few upcoming events Rivecrest homeowners can look forward to.
The next Rivercrest CDD board of supervisors meeting will take place on Monday, April 7 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place at the Rivercrest Community Center Clubhouse located at 11560 Ramble Creek Dr. in Riverview.
Movie Under The Stars
Every so often the Rivercrest CDD hosts a movie under the stars for residents to bring their families together and enjoy a film along with some fellowship. The next movie shown will be Monsters University on Saturday, April 26. The gates will open at 7:30 p.m. for residents to come together for a bit before the movie starts at 8:15 p.m. Residents are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets and bug spray and popcorn and beverages will be served. This event is for Rivercrest residents only and are required to bring resident access cards to be admitted.
Spring Egg Hunt
The annual Spring Egg Hunt is an anticipated event by Rivercrest residents. This year the hunt will take place on Saturday, April 12 from 2-4 p.m. at the Rivercrest Community Center. There will be two separate egg hunts: one for children ages one to five and one for ages 6 to 10. Both egg hunts will begin at 3 p.m. and a prize distribution will follow at 3:15 p.m. The hunt wouldn’t be complete without a special guest appearance from the Easter bunny. There will be drinks and snacks for everyone who attends. This event is for Rivercrest residents only and homeowners are asked to bring access cards to attend.
